Bittersweet chocolate - 72% cocoa / 42% cocoa butter

Semi-sweet chocolate - 60% cocoa / 37% cocoa butter

Milk chocolate - 35% cocoa / 34% cocoa butter

White chocolate contains 27% cocoa butter
