Using Bernard Callebaut Bittersweet Cocoa is the best!
18 oz
Darcy’s Rich Hot Chocolate
4 cups of milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Sugar or sugar substitute to taste
4 ounces of Bernard C. bittersweet powder or semisweet drops
Whipping cream or mini marshmallows
Bring milk, cocoa powder and sugar to a simmer in a heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking frequently.
Add chocolate: whisk until melted and smooth.
Add salt; bring to simmer, whisking constantly until frothy.
Ladle into 4 mugs. Top with whipping cream or marshmallows then enjoy!
